Panoramic Photos - Regular Photos. Stitched Together. Nifty!

Screenshot of Spin Panorama 2.1.

This screenshot shows how the program works. You simply scan the photos (in this case, three separate photos) and place them into the page. Then you match the two overlaping photos together and merge the two using the red arrows. The program has a SmartStich feature which can sometimes automatically do the job, but it isn't perfect.

Spin allows you to export as a QuickTime VR so you can zoom around (sample) The program also lets you export as JPG or BMP format (you can import as JPG, BMP, PCX, plus a few others). One drawback we've noticed is it limits the resolution to 72 dpi for export.

The application is very stable, and has not crashed on me once, even when working with a 99MB file.
