Red Kangaroo Wines

The Client
Red Kangaroo Wines is a seller of fine wines from Australia and New Zealand. The wines sold in their stores are personal selections from years of research down under. Red Kangaroo operates four retail locations in Arizona and is opening more franchises.

The Challenge
Red Kangaroo management wanted to enter a new market and sell wine online, in addition to promoting it's local presence on the web.

The Solution
We worked with Red Kangaroo to develop an online business model and helped their management determine the potential return on investment. We determined a list of goals, objectives and tasks the would be necessary for the sites completion.

With these goals in mind, we completed a detailed Blueprint phase in which we researched the market and identified ways we could position Red Kangaroo online.

We identified e-commerce solutions, created a site map, looked at ways to organize the products, and looked at ways to add the Red Kangaroo POS database to the e-commerce engine.
