The Client
Inter-Tel is a single point of contact, full service provider of digital business telephone systems, call processing software, call accounting software, Internet Protocol (IP) telephony software, computer telephone integration applications and long distance calling services.

The Challenge
Immediately before the internet bubble burst Tornado CEO Chris Tingom, working at global agency marchFIRST, led the team that designed and developed the Inter-Tel web site (our work has since been replaced by a new site).

Chris Tingom was responsible for every aspect of launching the web site, including

• All internet strategy to define the site content
• Site map and navigation
• Graphics production and design
• Development of pages
• Usability testing

The Results
The Inter-Tel web site was hugely successful replacing an old and out of date web site. The design and branding work we did online has been kept consistently for over half a decade and continues on in the current web strategy.
